About the league
Growing the game
in North Texas
The Dallas Lacrosse League is an adult, coed lacrosse league built for the players of North Texas — a community-first organization giving the sport a real home in Dallas, not just a travel schedule.
From our first team in 2026 to today, everything we do is designed to grow the game in Texas — welcoming men and women of every skill level to the field under the lights.
Ask us anythingOur mission
Build the game across the DFW Metroplex by giving adult players a field under the lights, a coed community to run with, and a league they’re proud to call home.

Growing the sport
A first stick for
every Texan
Lacrosse should not depend on what side of the tollway you live on. As an adult, coed league, our pickup sessions, loaner gear and new-league support exist so anyone in Texas can pick up a stick for the first time.
Low cost pickup sessions
Loaner sticks, no experience needed. Open coed sessions every week so adults anywhere in Texas can try the sport for the first time.
New league development
We mentor players who want to start lacrosse communities in their own cities, sharing everything we have learned building ours.
Everyone plays
Loaner gear and reduced league fees keep the game open to any adult who wants to play. Nobody sits out.
